    1. Introduction

      Welcome to ARALF. Those are the terms and conditions controlling entry to, and use of, the ARALF website and its associated sub-domains, pages, resources and software (‘Site’). Through acknowledging these Terms and Conditions (including the material related herein) and through accessing the Web, you recognise that you consent that ARALF FZ-LLC (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘ARALF’) will cooperate with these Terms and Conditions in relation to the usage of the Web (‘User Agreement’).     2. Eligibility for Membership

      ARALF would like to ensure that its customers are in a position to shape legally binding contracts and that minors can not buy inappropriate content. Membership of the Platform is also not open to people under the age of 18 years of age. You reflect that until you become a member of the Web, you are 18 years of age or above the age of 18 years. ARALF retains the right to do so without recourse to all other privileges and protections of ARALF under this User Agreement or by regulation.

    3. Your Account and Registration Obligations

      You have been or would be asked to include some details and register a username and password for use on this site when you register as a member of the site.

      You offer ARALF a non-exclusive, worldwide, permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right (through several levels) to use any information or data, personal or otherwise, given to us or other users of the Site and/or posted on the Web in the process of registering, bidding, buying, listing or sale, in the feedback field or in any e-mail or any other feature. Pursuant to this User Agreement and to the Privacy Policy. You are entirely responsible for the content, and we serve as a passive repository for the content to be transmitted publicly and released.

    5. Copyright Right

      All material on the Web, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, photographs, audio clips, multimedia files, compilations of data and applications, shall be the property and copyright of ARALF, its customers, its suppliers of material or its licensors and shall be protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and rules. It is the sole property and ownership of ARALF and is protected by copyright, trademarks , patents or other intellectual property rights and laws for the collection of the content on the Website.

    6. Connection Channel

      The Website is only a communication portal through which users can meet and communicate with each other for the purpose of selling and purchasing products. ARALF does not purchase products or sell them. ARALF is not and cannot be a party to any transaction between two users of the Site in any way or monitor it and cannot promise that a buyer or vendor can complete a transaction or allow the return of an object or offer some refund for the same.

Debt Collection and Decree Execution

Debt Collection:

The firm takes the following steps to ensure the full collection of the debt:

  • Judicial warning to the debtor.
  • On failure to comply with the warning to settle the debt, a Court decree is obtained pursuing a lawsuit at the court.
  • Precautionary measures are taken against the debtor.

Decree Execution:

The Firm maintains substantial influence over various parties to facilitate the execution process. If the situation requires the firm’s involvement in inquiries that reveal the financial status of the debtors, the firm actively pursues such inquiries. The procedure for enforcing the Court’s judgment is as follows:

  • Dispatch of the court’s decree promptly to the debtor.
  • Avail the option of seizure, sequestration, apprehension, arraigns detention, and obstruction from travel.
  • Incapacitate debtor’s bank accounts and assets.

Establishment of Companies

Companies in Kuwait are established under the Commercial Companies Law (CCL). The liability of the shareholder is limited to the extent of the capital invested by the shareholder in such companies. One of the major rules in setting up a business in Kuwait is that the foreigner must have a Kuwaiti partner.
